First Mortgages

If you are purchasing a home or re-financing we offer 15 to 30 year fixed and adjustable loans. These loans are available without a prepayment penalty or balloon payment. All loans are fully amortized.

1% Pay Option Adjustable Rate Mortgages

You have four payment options each month:

• Below interest only
• Interest only
• 15 year fully amortized
• 30 year fully amortized

You pick the payment!

Home purchases up to 100% financing available.

Second Trust Deeds

A person may borrow up to 95% of the value of their property. 10 to 30 year terms are available with a $15,000 minimum.

Interest Only

Enjoy a low interest only payment, available on first and second mortgages.

Equity Credit Lines

This program allows you to borrow the money when you need it. You can continue to draw money for up to 15 years followed by a 10 year repayment. Interest rates start under 4.5%. This is an adjustable loan.

Non-Conforming Jumbo Loans

We offer a variety of mortgage options which will meet your needs. Loans can be up to $3,000,000.00 and can be either fixed or adjustable rate mortgages.

Self Employed or Stated Income

Sometimes customers just don't fit the guidelines to qualify for a full documented income program. We have the answer! We have some of the most aggressive programs to choose from whether you're self employed or just can't prove enough income.
